Core Flow
This Core Flow Yoga class incorporates sun salutes, twist, arm-balancing, inversions, and lots of abdominal work to engage your core from all angles. This class combines heat, breath and movement for an intense and energizing experience. If you’re looking to build core strength, increase flexibility, lose weight, reduce stress, come and take this extraordinary workout! All levels are welcome.

Beginner’s Yoga (4 week series)
Calling all newbies! If you’ve ever wanted to give yoga a try but were too intimated, this is the perfect class for you. This four-week introduction course to yoga offer students who are new, a step-by-step introduction to the fundamentals of yoga postures, breathing techniques, alignment, and yogic philosophy giving you a strong foundation to jump start your yoga experience and journey. We highly recommend that you take this course when beginning your yoga practice with us. All levels are welcome.

Yoga 1
This class is a great transition for those coming out of the beginner’s series. It breaks down the postures and alignment to create a strong foundation from which students can build upon. Great for all levels even those looking to brush up on their technique.

Vinyasa Flow
This is a traditional vinyasa class with sun salutes and pranayama (breath work) to warm up the body in preparation for deeper postures. This class packs quite a punch in increasing your strength and flexibility, reducing stress, eliminating toxins, and burning mega calories. All levels welcome, each student practice at their own level.

Power Yoga
Began in the west by followers of Ashtanga Yoga created by Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois. Power yoga is a Vinyasa or flowing style of yoga that focuses on core strength, balance and flow to build an energetic practice that is strong. Poses are held longer than a traditional yoga class. Each student is encouraged to work to their ability allowing them to create a true personal journey on the mat.

Gentle Warriors I and II
This class is designed for all yogis who are interested in a yoga class where the emphasis is not on heavy shoulder work that other classes offer with vinyasa flows.  Rather this class will focus on breath, posture, and alignment to increase strength, flexibility, and range of motion. There will be an emphasis on restorative postures in this class aimed at reducing stress and bringing about balance to the mind, body, and spirit.

Slow Deep Stretch (Restorative)
Not in the mood for an energetic practice then this class is perfect to slow down and release the stress and tension of the day. Utilizing restorative postures, the use of blocks, straps, and blankets we hold poses to release tension in the body to restore tranquility to the mind, body, and soul.

Morning Meditation
This is class is open to students who desire to begin a meditation practice. This is a guided meditation class with focus on pranayama, visualizations, some chanting, and the use of mantras during specific classes. 20 min/All levels

Hatha Yoga
Come to a Saturday morning Hatha yoga class and expect to increase your stamina, balance, and flexibility. This class will focus on alignment, pranayama, meditation, standing poses, balance poses, and seated poses and will provides a maximum utilization of props to move even deeper into poses. This class does not have any chaturangas.
